1. Processing & Shipment Time

• Order Processing:
  All orders are processed and shipped within 10 business days after payment is received.

2. Shipping Costs

• Shipping Cost Calculation:
  Shipping costs are not included at checkout.
  After you place your order, we will calculate the shipping cost based on your delivery address and order size.
• Notification:
  We will email you the exact shipping cost and payment instructions once your order is ready to ship.
• Order Shipment:
  Your order will be shipped promptly after you confirm and pay the shipping cost.

3. Delivery Locations

• United Kingdom & International:
  We ship worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

5. Packaging

• All prints are carefully packaged in protective materials to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

6. Damaged or Lost Items

  We will work with you to resolve the issue, including replacement or refund if necessary.
